We do Global express shipping by DHL, FedEx & UPS

All orders are shipped by priority service with tracking &  proof of delivery facilities.

* Payment:
We accept payments via Visa / MasterCard credit / debit cards & direct bank transfer.

All online payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe. Your data will be protected by their systems. We do not hold any card data.

*Processing of orders:
Paypal/ Stripe  order will be processed once the confirmation mail received by paypal.
Credit/debit cards will be Charged (debited) before order will processed and shipped by Vrisascarf.
Bank Transfer orders will not proceed until the funds got received in bank account.

In case of confirmation Required we can ask for identity proof of the buyer by email or fax before processing the order.

*Duties & Taxes

Except European other international deliveries may sometimes incur some duties or taxes

any such taxes or duties will be charged to the final clients at the time of delivery.

 *Returns / Refund / Cancel order policy:

We aim to keep all our customers and guest users to provide a user-friendly service, in case of non-satisfaction, Order refund return cancellation policies are mentioned below clearly these terms do not affect client’s statutory rights.


NON-100 % satisfied Clients are most welcome to return goods, however, its necessary to send an Email with Reason for returning with complete and all details related to order (Purchase date, product, amount paid, quantity bought etc.) Please note if there is NO damage or fault with the order, shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping charges or duties (may occur in some cases) will be bear by customer.

In the unlikely event that the item you have received is faulty, please let us know with 48 hours of receipt. Please send us back with trackable shipping service to return it to us. For return of faulty items, we will refund the cost of the item & the cost of sending it back to us.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if the item is damaged during transit or if it is not in the original/saleable condition. Please note that we are unable to refund/exchange items that were tailored as per your specifications.


Refunds will only proceed once we receive the order and approved by our quality control check team for refund. Payment will be returned back in the same mode of transaction of purchase. The agreed refund amount will be Proceeded in the within 7 working days (shipping charges are not refundable) customers must return the order in its original packing and condition within seven days of receipt.

IMPORTANT! Orders returning from outside the European Union, may suffer some

customs clearance charges will be charged or deducted from the refund amount.


*Cancel order policy

Customers can cancel an order at any time before the goods were shipped are subject to our acceptance and agreement via Email.
